I. Understand the Client
We understand that good working relationships are built on trust. At Blank Canvas Studios we strive to develop successful relationships with our clients by getting to know them at a personal level. Our meetings consist of the clients telling us about themselves first and then moving on to the business aspect of the project. we want to know how the clients perceive themselves so that we can create a website or design package that fits their needs.
II. Understand the client's objectives.
What does the client want to accomplish with their website? Do they want to use it as a reference or do they want to be found through the internet? What can we do to put the client ahead of their competitors? With the client we explore and figure out the best solution that will effectively fit the client's needs.
III. Define our creative and technical strategies.
Structure a comprehensive vision based on the client's objectives and needs. Depending on the type of work we choose code and technology that will properly support the type of site being created. We work closely with our clients to define the best way to portray their message to the general public through design and technology. What creative approach can we take to adhere to our client's needs and objectives? What creative strategy can we use to reinforce brand and create value either online or in print? What technological solutions can we use to streamline the usability of the site? How can we make the site the most secure?
IV. Execution
Finalize the design of the entire project making any necessary refinements. Both Frand Design and the client will review the final design. In our final review we will make sure the project fits all of the clients needs and that the quality is 100 percent there. Once this last step is finished we will bring the project to life whether it is through the internet or through the printer. It is our hope that everything we do for our clients will meet their business goals and personal wants.
